Speakers confirmed for CIC event on 4 May
The CIC is pleased to confirm a number of guest speakers for our all-member meeting being held in London on 4 May 2023.
The speakers are as follows:
- David Badcock, Drug Science
- Dr Lydia Smith, NIAB
- Kostya Turchak (Magonova) and Nazariy Sovsun (Cannabis Stands with Ukraine)
David will be discussing the T21 initiative which offers patients discounted cannabis prescription medicines, while Lydia will be showcasing her new Defra-commissioned report on industrial hemp. Kostya and Nazariy will be sharing insights into the cannabis industry in Ukraine. All will be followed by a Q&A.
There will also be updates on CIC activity and plans from both staff and members.
The meeting is being held at 8 Fenchurch Place, London, from 1.30-5pm. Members can attend in-person or virtually.
